• Collaborated and published 15 peer-reviewed scientific papers in premier academic journals, such as Lancet Public Health, Journal of Infectious Disease, and American Journal of Preventive Medicine, on topics ranging from COVID-19 epidemiology and public health interventions in general populations and within nursing homes, employee wellness and burnout, the benefits of sports participation and increasing physical activity, and precision nutrition

• Contributed to the full life cycle of 15+ academic papers, developing research questions, submitting for peer review, addressing feedback during revision, and proofreading and editing for publication

• Performed literature reviews, synthesizing information and tracking key data points, strengths and weaknesses of conclusions, and relevance to research questions being explored

• Developed 5+ computational models using tools such as TreeAge and Excel with Oracle Crystal Ball

• Conducted model parameterization, calibration, testing, experiments, and collation and summarization of findings of 7+ agent based computational models in python

• Identified potential grant opportunities and participated in the development and submission of research proposals

• Provided feedback to 4 cohorts of MPH students on classroom assignments, capstone proposals and final projects
